Most of the products that are being purchased from https://stor2u.in/ are returnable to us, except for a few items that are explicitly identified as not returnable.

Return Policy

Products are returnable in some cases like if you’ve received them in a physically damaged, any part or accessories is missing, defective or different form description of the product. 

You can report an issue with any electronic items such as Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop, Air Conditioner, Television. Washing Machine and Microwave, we will help to schedule a technician visit to your location. The visit will be scheduled by placing an order at our Home services page. 

Return will be processes only if 

  • The product is not damaged in your possession

  • The product is not different from what was shipped to you

  • The product will be returned in original condition with the brand's box, MRP tag, warranty card and all the accessories. 

If you want to return any electronic device make sure you have removed all the personal information if stored before returning. We are not liable in any manner if you forget to delete and there will be any usage of that information. 

Products marked as “non returnable” on the description page are not eligible for return. 

Products are eligible for replacement only if the same seller has that same item in stock. 

In case if replacement is requested, and the seller is not having the same product in stock in that case we will provide a refund.
